Step inside, and you’ll immediately feel welcomed by the warm and inviting living room. Two cozy chairs, a love seat, and a plush couch surround a fireplace, creating the perfect spot to unwind together while streaming a family favorite on the smart TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the deck with comfortable seating and a grill — ideal for enjoying alfresco meals while taking in the coastal breeze. The fully equipped kitchen boasts rustic wood cabinets, sleek stainless steel appliances, and black countertops, offering ample space for meal preparation. Gather at the island with seating for five to enjoy your morning coffee from the drip coffee maker, or sit down for a family dinner at the dining table for six.



When you venture downstairs via the spiral staircase, you’ll discover an additional living space designed for relaxation. Head down to this lower-level retreat, featuring a comfortable couch and love seat, a second fireplace, and another smart TV, for some downtime or a quiet evening in. A cozy reading area offers the ideal spot to curl up with a good book after a busy day exploring the Monterey Peninsula. This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a fireplace, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower. (Located upstairs)



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed. (Located upstairs)



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed. (Located downstairs)



Bedroom #4 includes full size bed and a twin size bed up the ladder. (Located downstairs)



The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway, garage, and street parking for 3 vehicles available.

• Portable crib available.

• A deposit of $1500/month is due prior to check-in to cover the cost of utilities and damages for this home. Once deducted from this deposit at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned within 14 days. If the cost of utilities should exceed the allotted $1500/month, please note that guests are required to cover the difference. Gas and/or water tend to be the most expensive utilities.
