I have never felt the need to write a review before, but I must warn others: do not stay here. This hotel is poorly run, dirty, and potentially unsafe.
Major Issues I had was that the sheets were used and stained with what looked like urine. After staying here, I developed an itchy scalp and my son developed bites on his elbow and stomach. I also spotted insects in the room.
Lack of Service, in an 8-day stay, the room was "cleaned" only once—and even then, they just made the bed with the same dirty, stained, and ripped linens.
Everything was sticky. The bathroom had no vent, the toilet was uncleaned upon arrival, the tub wouldn't drain, and there was a heavy urin odor throughout the room and outside hallways.
I had to beg for towels, toilet paper, and soap. When I requested towels, I was told they’d be delivered; 4 hours later, I had to go get them myself. There were non-guests/homeless individuals loitering in the hallways to use outlets.
The staff is unfriendly and completely indifferent to customer service—unless it’s checkout time, when they are suddenly prompt to knock on your door. Save your money and your health: stay somewhere else. This was an absolute nightmare to stay and unfortunately no help from Expedia besides a little compensation offer instead of being helped to get relocated due to these poor unhealthy conditions.
WiFi doesn’t work properly and infinity cable of 10-12 channels on repeat, no other options available, so if you plan on streaming, forget it!
