“The property is so beautiful! You are right by the volcano, the view from the pool is stunning. The staff was very friendly, especially Tania who was more than helpful to us. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. ”

“Room was beautiful but neighbors were loud the front desk was helpful and moved our room when the could. The spa and the hot pools are something you have to see to understand great hotel it was my third time back ”

“The rooms at this hotel were a perfect size. I liked that the bedroom was separate from the rest of the room and it had keys so you could lock it if you left with all your belongings inside of it. Everything seemed brand new. The only thing was I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water in the shower lol the only recommendation I would have would be to put a nightstand in the bedroom as there is nowhere to set anything. Overall, it was an excellent stay, very very clean nice location.”

“The property is beautifully situated, comfortable and has everything one needs for a stay. The owners live on site and are very attentive and kind but not intrusive. It was well placed for exploring the Arenal area but be aware that the road from Nuevo Arenal is extremely pot holded and the 8 km takes 35 minutes to drive.”
