“We took a bus from Nesso to Torno and had difficulty finding the property. Then, because we were late for check-in, we had to wait another several hours, which was very bothersome . But once we got to the beautiful property, everything was great, especially the nice balcony with views of the lake and mountains. Especially pleasurable were the park-like setting and walks including a relatively short walk into the charming little town of Torno and its market, bars and restaurants. ”

The Greenhouse had ample room for all 8 guests and the interior decor was as beautiful as it was comfortable. “There were no surprises when we arrived and checked out the house. It was very thoughtful that there were some food items for our arrival. Everything worked fine and the owner was responsible for a couple of maintenance issues. The yard lights did not come on the last two nights and we missed them. Getting around the area by walking is a little sketchy because the roadway is narrow. We found the ferry stop 10 minutes from the house very convenient.”
