Artisan Loft

The Artisan Loft is located in the highly coveted Cottage Hill community. This picturesque Victorian home is nestled in a storybook community! Close to Maxwell AFB, EJI, downtown and more!

This residence features a private backyard with outdoor seating area. Walk downtown, take a bike ride to the Riverfront, Walk over to the EJI Memorial or hangout at the local Coffee House and Pub in your downtime. Relish in the conveniences of home in a professionally managed space of your own!
The space
This private residence features a spacious bedroom with an office space, en suite bathroom and fully stocked amenities. The coffee bar is stocked with hand-selected artisan coffee, creams and sugar, Keurig, bottled waters and a mini-fridge and microwave. Decadent sheets, soft towels, aromatic soaps, smooth silky lotions, and high-quality shampoo and conditioners will quickly make this your home away from home! Relax in your private courtyard with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and wind down for the afternoon. Get a front row seat to the hustle and bustle of the Capital City all from the comforts of your home away from home.
