Cloverdale is a neighborhood within the city of Montgomery. It is the largest garden-landscaped neighborhood in the state of Alabama. It's also one of the oldest, originally built out in the 1800's. Cloverdale is known for many houses designed by European architects throughout history and for the tasteful landscaping that still exists today.

Entry is at the BACK of the building — the front door has no keypad, so you'll come in from the rear. Park in the gravel lot behind the property; there is room for two vehicles, one behind the other. Apartment B is on the ground floor, bottom right, up three stairs to the back porch area. The door has a coded smart lock deadbolt, and your code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

The space is laid out for easy multi-night stays — two private bedrooms, comfortable sleeping spaces, a full kitchen, laundry, and a bright sunroom that gives everyone another place to spread out.

A few important details to know before booking:

📝 Rental Agreement
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking
This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same
It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage
It takes about two minutes — there is no app to download and no account or password to create
We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete

🏡 Property Setup
This is one of four apartments in the building, and other guests may be staying during your reservation
Your apartment is private and exclusively yours
Apartment B is on the ground floor, bottom right

🚗 Parking & Getting In — come in from the back

The green cans sit by the roadside next to the parking lot
They stay where they are — just drop your bags in, nothing to roll out or bring back

⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Every request has to be manually approved
Check with us and we'll check with our cleaning company
Fee: $20 per hour, with a one-hour minimum
Please request as early as possible

Motion-activated exterior cameras monitor the entrances and outdoor areas of the property
No cameras monitor any indoor area
Exterior cameras may record audio and video
An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only
The noise monitor does not record audio or video and is not placed in any bedroom or bathroom

🔑 Minimum Booking Age
The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old for an apartment
The primary guest must be present throughout the reservation
The primary guest is responsible for their group, visitors, and compliance with house rules
Reservations that misrepresent the primary guest's age may be canceled in accordance with the applicable booking terms
