Upon arrival, you'll find parking available in the back driveway, providing easy access to the property. Enter through the secure fenced-in yard via the back gate. Once inside, you'll use the provided door code to enter through the laundry room, which leads to the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features new appliances and countertops, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease.
Straight ahead from the kitchen, you'll find a dining room that comfortably accommodates six guests. Alternatively, to the right, there's a cozy breakfast nook where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a quick snack.
