Guests have access to this entire apartment. Park temporarily and enter through the glass door at the REAR of the building using the building code, then take the elevator to the second floor and use your unit code on the apartment door. Both codes are released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid. A parking pass for the gated rear lot is on the wall just inside the apartment.

You come in through a stylish lobby and ride the elevator up, so there are no stairs to climb with your bags. Inside, the spacious living room has panoramic views of the city, and both bedrooms have views of their own. Whether it's the sunrise or the city lights that catch your eye, we hope you'll enjoy them as much as our guests do. A Roku Smart TV is ready for movie nights. There's no cable, so bring your own streaming logins. Wifi, air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable and connected. If you're in town for work, you'll find a dedicated workspace set up for you.

• Bathrooms (2): one has a walk-in shower with plenty of room to unwind, and the apartment also has a spa soaking tub for a long evening bath

KITCHEN & DINING
You'll find a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. We've stocked cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses, so you can cook a proper dinner or just open a bottle at the end of the day. Coffee and a coffee maker are there for slow mornings. A washer and dryer are in the apartment, which helps if you're staying a few nights.

OUTDOORS
Your private balcony overlooks downtown and has outdoor furniture. Take your coffee out there in the morning, or sit with a drink after a day of exploring while the city lights come on.

A friendly heads-up: the apartments sit above a bar, so noise can carry on weekends and late at night. If you're a light sleeper, we'd love for you to know that before you book.

You will receive a parking pass to park for free in the gated lot behind the building. If you have more than one vehicle, there is parking on the street — free 4:30 PM to 8 AM Monday to Friday, and free all weekend — or paid parking nearby.

Uber, Lyft, taxis and public transportation are available.

A few things to know before you book:

PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the apartment for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

THE APARTMENT
This is a private two-bedroom apartment on the second floor of the 79 Commerce building. Other guests may be staying in other apartments in the building. We have several apartments here; the style is consistent, but layouts and design vary.

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 4 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• No pets (service animals are welcome)
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock the apartment door each time you leave. It does not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people in the apartment, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the building cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

NOISE: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
This apartment is above a bar. Noise from below may be heard, especially on weekends and into the early hours of the morning, so it may not be the best choice for light sleepers.

GETTING IN & PARKING
Enter through the glass door at the rear of the building using the building code. The front door facing Bibb Street is not coded. Take the elevator to the second floor and use your unit code on the apartment door. Both codes are in your digital guidebook. A parking pass for the free gated lot behind the building is on the wall just inside the apartment. Additional vehicles park on the street (free 4:30 pm to 8 am weekdays and all weekend) or pay $10 to enter the lot.

TELEVISION
There is no cable. The Roku Smart TV is ready for your own streaming logins.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

LOCAL RULES
City of Montgomery Ordinance 29-2026 (short-term rentals):
• Maximum occupancy is 2 per bedroom plus 2 (this apartment's 4-guest limit is within that)
• Park only in designated spaces. No buses, RVs, or commercial vehicles
• Amplified music is allowed indoors only
• No weddings, receptions, parties, or events
The city fines the operator $250 for a first violation and $500 for each one after. If a guest's violation results in a city fine, we will request reimbursement through Airbnb's Resolution Center with the citation attached.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the building, motion-activated cameras are installed in the building's common hallway near the elevator and at exterior entrances. They are outside your apartment, are never pointed into any apartment, and record audio and video. No cameras are inside the apartment. An indoor noise-monitoring device inside the apartment measures sound levels only. It does not record audio or video.
