It was filthy. The room was awful; smal, dirty, the bathroom was almost unuseable. We would never, ever use or recommend this excuse of a hotel.

Staff rude room was filthy worst hotel experience I have ever had people hanging out at front door smoking/drinking, I drink and smoke but not at the front door. Hotel like Montgomery suck.

Don’t book at Extended Stay Montgomery
The hotel was horrible. Cockroaches in the lobby, on the elevator in the tub and on the countertops. Our cards stopped working and we had to wait for someone to come down from their room and reset our keys. We had to go to Walmart to buy sheets, blankets and towels and wash cloths because what was in the room was dingy to say the least. It was not a good experience and I will never go there again. I was also embarrassed because I brought my family with me including my 77 year old mother who was not happy. I have booked through you guys many times and this was the worst experience I have ever had.

Hotel smelled like weed. Floor was standing in water near the air conditioner. Furniture was old. AC stopped working during the night. There was a roach in the bathroom. Also the bath tap was rusted up so I had to literally beat on the shower tap to be able to turn on the shower, otherwise I would’ve only been able to use the tub, not shower. Was finally able to pull the knob up enough to allow some water to flower from the shower head. Called the office to report the issue, but apparently no one is available until 0800. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Booked stay around 8pm while traveling. Got to hotel and office was closed. No one was there to check us in. Tried calling office and after hours line, but no one answered. Had to drive around and try to find another place to stay as all other area hotels were booked. Requesting refund for a room I never got to stay in.

Horrible
The room was nasty bugs was everywhere in the Tom, elevator and hallways. i had no idea they closed at a certain time cause it wasn’t mentioned to us upon checking in, so if u get locked out or need something you have to wait until the next day. After checking in the room office was closed so I had to get a room else where cause it was just that nasty. Lost out $ on the room price for this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend for my pets.

Not the best
Requested a non smoking room because I am pregnant but was placed in a smokers room. The smell was sickening. Also no one was present during check in. Had to call a 800 number to have someone come and check me in.

On Hotels.com booked a room with two Separate beds got to the room with only one small bed for 2 large men. Hotel desk told us that they had no 2 bed rooms. Since the reservation was non refundable we were required to uncomfortable one night stay. No more Woodspring stays for me ever again!

Front desk clerk so nice and friendly other guest very nice. Room beds need to be replaced bathroom not clean not enough towels. No coffee maker in room, parking lot dark and felt unsafe. The hallways were very clean but our floor smelled of smoke.

Dont go there!
They have a roaches crisis they are not dealing with. My bed was broken. The whole place smells like excrement. The hotel is a major nightmare. There is nothing positive about this place, not even the staff. Authorities need to close this place, as it represents a health hazzard to guests and staff.

Worst hotel experience ever. The place looked decent on Travelocity’s website, and I thought it was going to be a comfortable place to wait out the storm. But I soon realized that I was going to have problems with the management during check-in. Check-in was supposed to start at 3pm but Anthony told us that the room wasn’t ready and needed to be “cleaned”. Well, the “cleaning” of the room took over 2 hours, and I was not able to check in until 5:30pm. After checking-in, my girlfriend and I noticed there was no queen bed in the room. When I asked Anthony about the bed, he said there were no queen beds on the entire property! We were disappointed by this because we paid extra on the Travelocity website for a queen bed. Later, we discovered mold in the bathroom and roaches crawling around. We should have left at that moment, but I was exhausted from traveling all day and it was too late to try and find another hotel.

Likes: Housekeeping was very pleasant, greetings with a smile and joy as though they were happy to assist. Front desk helpful and providing whatever we needed. Enforced CDC guidelines. Dislikes: broken bed, mildewed bath towel, broken shower diverter handle-made me Leary. However the bed was discovered by staff and changed while we were out. Sleep was ok. Wasn’t offered any type compensation for the unclean towel.

The room was disgusting!!!!! There were roaches on the kitchen counter, a dead roach under the bed. The table was sticky, the dresser was falling apart.No shower curtain and the towels were disgusting. The towels had hair in them and they were dingy gray not white. I booked a non smoking room and it smelt like cigarettes throughout the whole facility and my room. The elevator was dirty and smelt like pee.

Anthony was the Manager on Duty at check in and was extremely helpful. My family and I were evacuating due to Hurricane Ida and were expected to be a midnight arrival. Anthony called me to see if I was okay because it was so late. He wasn’t unaware of how high my stress level was at the time and his calling made me feel thought of and not forgotten about. True Southern Hospitality 10/10 🙌🙌

Where is my morning coffee ☕️
Our stay was just okay. Never stayed in a hotel that shuts down from 10 pm to 9 am in the morning. Tried to reach someone at the desk at 7 am with no luck. One thing that really ruined my stay was “ No Coffee “ in the lobby or not provided to guests in the room. No I will not be coming back to this hotel or any by that name.

Thank you for your review, Joseph. We hate to see that our amenity offerings and limited desk hours did not suit your needs. Since we are more of an extended stay, the lobby hours and amenities differ from that of most hotels.
