Perfect for our needs

Condo was perfect for our needs as we attended the UIL girls regional golf tournament. Place was as advertised clean and comfortable. Host was very attentive to our needs and responded to our request. The tournament schedule times were changed last minute and our host granted us a later checkout time to accommodate our schedule. Whole experience was a pleasure.

Beautiful

We came down for the Renaissance Festival. Wasn’t too far of a drive so location was perfect. Also being by the lake made for a nice scenic drive into the community and leaving. House was clean and beautiful. Stocked on everything we needed if we forgot something at home (toiletries, etc.). Livingroom was spacious and they even had some board games to enjoy with the family. Had a great experience! Hope to plan another stay next year! Thank you for having us!

Great Value!

The property was very quiet and the unit was clean , roomy and comfortable. The cost is very affordable and is definitely a bargain when compared to hotel prices. We HIGHLY recommend this property and we look forward to renting in the future. Oh the mattress was also very clean and comfortable. The sectional sofa also reclines and the kitchen is fully stocked We were also greeted with a bottle of wine. 🍾

Harbor Point on Lake Conroe Tx

It was very nice and the only thing that was a concern was being on 3rd floor with only steps. I travel alone and I am older (78) getting luggage up steps is not easy for me.

Nice spot with a few small gripes

We loved the updated facilities and location. A few minor gripes we had: • The shower was quite slippery. Some protective flooring would be helpful for that particular bathroom. • Wi-Fi was pretty slow during our stay • Lightbulbs were out in the living room (and since the room was listed we couldn’t change them ourselves) • The biggest thing was the weight limit on the bunk beds. The Vrbo is advertised to sleep 6, but he weight limit on the top bunk was 200 lbs. This meant we couldn’t sleep 2 people on that bed. Would be nice if this information was added in the description. • The space was very narrow Other than that, everything was great. Would recommend this space but only for up to 4 people.

Good stay

Everything was great but a couple of minor things could be better. For instance the pillows on the bed were extremely flat. Even though their were 4 it wasn't the size of a regular pillow. My neck was killing me every morning. 2nd there was no iron or ironing board. I was there for a wedding and had to buy a steamer at dollar general. 3rd was there was only 1 TV in the whole place. I have 2 kids and they like to connect their game system to a TV to play. Would be nice if their were at least one more. Not really issues instead conveniences. All in all a great place. Nice area, beds were comfortable except the pillows.

Week getaway

We came to this condo because we wanted to check out the lake and area in TX! It didn’t disappoint. Our kiddos loved the bunk beds, playing at the pool (especially the community pool on the lake!), we enjoyed kayaking on the lake, we drove to the 7 acre woods and explored as well as went to Galveston Beach! The condo was perfect for us with 2 kids and 3 adults! Would definitely stay again! Condo owner sent text the day we arrived and was in communication as we needed!
