Charcoal grill on the patio. Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided; please pack out your ashes after cooling

Washer/Dryer: Pods provided in the laundry closet for your convenience

Starter supplies provided: Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee pods, and basic cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil)

Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors

Security: Exterior Ring doorbell at the front entrance (audio/video, front exterior only, no interior cameras anywhere in the home)
