“The beds were to high. I had to use a stool to get in the bed. One of the chair arms kept coming off. Just needs glueing.”

“I arrived early like at 11:00 and check in time is 3:00 p.m. but the staff had a room ready and allowed me to check in early.”

“Room was quiet. The place is in desperate need of new furniture and linens. Staff was nice. No coffee or breakfast. Not in great part of town. I was glad I was not alone. Would not stay there again.”

“This was a no frills, clean establishment, The breakfast is sufficient to help get your day started, but a small variety. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The facility is starting to show its age but safe and functional.”

“Staff was rude beds were hard pillows were very thin sheets had holes n very old washrags were very thin n dirty”

“Staff was very nice, the room was clean and the price was somewhat reasonable.”

“They had exposed wires around the room. Roaches crawled along the floor throughout our stay. They refuse to give a refund for anything. They wouldn’t even give extra blankets or TOWELS! Do not stay here”

“Camera was ok. Breakfast null”

“Good centralized motel from town. Room does what it’s supposed to do.”

“Neat and affordable hotel. I got a king size bed. Excellent and safe location in the Woodlands area. Perfect location right across the Woodlands Mall Area. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good location and affordable price.”

“Walked into the room and checked the bed. There were little bugs crawling on the mattress. Went immediately and asked for refund and that we didnt want to stay. He said we would get a refund to Expedia but its been 7 days and still haven't received one.”
