“Everything was great! ”

“Sadly, I cannot recommend. We checked in and discovered a good amount of bright pink hairs on the shower wall and the toilet was questionably clean. I showed the front desk guy with a mustache who showed zero care about the situation and offered us a room change. I declined and he still charged me $1 for laundry soap. Its clear guest recovery skills were not taught and it feels like Im just a dollar sign. ”

“The staff was wonderful. My room had everything needed, though I did have to ask for a hairdryer at the front desk. The clientele was a bit on the sketchy side. When I returned to the hotel on Saturday night, it was clear that someone had been smoking marijuana in the elevator - the smell was overwhelming. Then something or someone set the fire alarm off at both 3 AM and then again at about 6:30 AM. I realize this is not necessarily the fault of the hotel, but it made for a very unsettling final...

“Great value for a basic room. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Huge flatscreen tv and nice fireplace in the room. Property was VERY clean and sanitary. Property is ALL new and completely renovated. Very quiet place. It was perfect for a one-night stay while in town for the NHL Playoffs. Only 20-minute commute to downtown. ”
