“Great location. Clunky check-in as all virtual. Hot tub, which is the reason booked was broken, saunas did not heat up, could not adjust the heat in the room, so even though we tried to turn it off it was 80’ overnight. Machine for tea also didn’t work. Clean rooms but the hot tub and heat issues made us disappointed ”

“Easy to check in. Clean and spacious room but limited furniture and broken lamp (switch missing & bulb was not in the lamp). Old air conditioning - very noisy and inaccurate/ineffective temp controls. Older windows - noise from the highway quite loud. Additionally, in case there is a late bird guest in the room above you, forget about a restful night sleep - footsteps noise and interference are really bad (ask to be on the 2nd/top floor). ”

“Hotel was good, everything was as expected. Drain in bathtub was broken so my toddler couldn’t take a real bath, but that wasn’t a huge deal, just had to shower. Check in staff was okay, check out staff was very friendly. The location is EXCELLENT! Walked to everything. ”

“It's a very new hotel and they are still sorting out a few details like signs (we found the entrance after a brief adventure). Room is huge with nice robes, towels and toiletries. Shower was great. Design is classy if a bit bland. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did miss my in room coffee, although they had good coffee available in the lobby. ”

The place is clean and the rooms are fresh smelling and it's very pretty and the parking lot is great and it's just wonderful I just don't have enough words to say how wonderful it is. ”

“There was hair in the bathtub and dog fur all over the floor. Was definitely not pleased, and will never stay at that specific Best Western ever again. ”

“Expedia booked all rooms in Soco Tower which in my opinion is very old and needss updating. The halls and rooms smell of smoke. It definitely does something to your allergies , my Husband and I both had issues with stuffy and runny nose. We ended ip switching rooms because the bed had a huge dent in it and you could feel the springs in it. This was on the 2nd floor. We also could never get the temp adjusted so 1st night we froze because the bed barely had anything on it. They need better cable...

“Clean room, polite staff, centrally located. Quiet and the beds are so comfortable. General Manager (Brian) made what has been a difficult time for our family less difficult when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay. This is a hidden gem and will be our go-to when we come back in from out of town.”
