I showed the front desk guy with a mustache who showed zero care about the situation and offered us a room change. I declined and he still charged me $1 for laundry soap. Its clear guest recovery skills were not taught and it feels like Im just a dollar sign. ”

“Rooms were very clean and hotel backyard area was awesome with the fireplaces and couches. We were upgraded to a large suite and had plenty of room for our four legged companion. The pool was super small and murky looking (we did not go in.) Breakfast offered a large variety of quality food and snacks.”
