“Our room was clean except the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped before our stay. We said something to the front desk about it and housekeeping came by and gave us fresh towels-not what we asked for. Other than the floor, it wasn’t a bad stay.”

“John at the front desk is awesome!!! All the staff is great that I’ve encountered. However at the price point it’s at there are other options. I’ve stayed several times and I love the location, but the condition of the rooms is slowly degrading. Not saying I won’t stay again, but I am going to look at newer options. Also my other major complaint is the pool is only open to 10pm for kids, way too often the kids want to go in the pool after a long day out but it’s too late for the pool. I really...

We were only staying one night so not a big deal but it was surprising since the rest of the hotel seemed recently remodeled. “Loved having a balcony room with the creek down below. It was right off the main strip but in walking distance to all the entertainment yet felt quiet and secluded. Would definitely stay again.”

“The breakfast looked very good. You can make your own pancakes! We did not stay for breakfast. Our room was very clean and the mountain stream out of the balcony is so peaceful! We had a wonderful bears show! Two big bears entertained us for about 10 minutes! A bear tried to get in the back of our truck, but one of the employees scared him away (4:00am).”
