“Having a Villa with kitchen and laundry was wonderful. The staff was unbelievably accommodating and anxious to help in any way. Wanted to extend our stay and manager Rob went above and beyond what he needed to do to make it happen. Very walkable to town, restaurants and shopping”
“I took a mini vacay for the grandkids. Been to Gatlinburg many times. First time in this hotel. Super nice and very clean. Accommodations were above standard. Our beds were amazing. The balcony was way bigger than expected. We were on the 6th floor. Within walking distance to almost everything. Only dislike was the $15/night parking. Would definitely stay here again.”
