“The AC in room didn’t work. Not even the fan. The front service clerk personal did try to relocate us but the room that was available and had working ac, didn’t had a working lock door. Luckily, wasn’t that hot the night my girlfriend and I stayed. And parking. End up using an app that gave us discount on a near by parking building and paid $17 for the night. Not that bad compared to other parking spots available. And was 3 blocks away. ”
“Fantastic experience from booking through check out. Staff answered questions promptly prior to check in and responded to requests for towels within 20 minutes (which was appreciated, but not needed as I requested for the next day). “Lovely apartment, we stayed in unit 309. Very comfortable, clean, quiet, had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. We had no issues during our stay. Convenient walk to downtown Gatlinburg (though do need to walk up stairs or hill to get back) and easy drive into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Was nice to be close to main street of Gatlinburg but not in the middle of it all. ”
