“Our room was very clean. The bed and sheets were super comfortable. Enjoyed the gym daily during our multi-day stay. The breakfast had a nice variety of cold and hot items. The staff was kind and gracious! We will definitely stay at this location again!”

“Rooms are spacious and clean. We had some minor plumbing problems and they were fixed immediately. The breakfast was great, however I wish it had been available before 8am. We were not expecting the $5 per night, per vehicle parking fee. ”

“My creek side room was huge and was very clean with really high ceilings. I strongly recommend paying a little more for the upgrade. Given the great price I wouldn't take a star of for this, but I had to look very straight down to see the creek --- and my overall view was of a parking lot and a very high hill. “I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”
