“The front desk was super nice, the pool was really nice, it had a waterfall slide, hot tub, red slide, and a little 1ft pool. Definitely recommend if you have children. The room had a balcony (creek side), bear sighting in the parking lot. Also free parking, and trolley stops in front of lobby. ”

“We had a wonderful time. There was only one issue, there was a bear that spent a lot of time at the condo. It was fun for pictures but sad to learn the bear would probably be put down before she became aggressive.”

“This is an older property that had been previously remodeled. However the room smelled like cigarette smoke and overall didn’t seem the cleanest like the pictures prospective. It’s also not really what I consider a walkable to the downtown area. It’s a very steep hill and it should be added to be very aware of BEARS!! ”

“This place was terrific. Pools were great, nice and clean. Friendly staff. The amenities were plentiful. It is a tad dated, but nothing bad. Would stay again. We loved the in-room whirlpool tub. The fireplace would be awesome in the cooler weather.”

“Coming there not a first time, mostly because of location and pool area for kids! Everything looks pretty old but clean and they should do a heated pool, in summer time it’s ok but autumn winter it’s horrible, sauna would be great too! But all my family likes this place! So I am happy to recommend for the families with kids! ”

“Lovely apartment, we stayed in unit 309. Very comfortable, clean, quiet, had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. We had no issues during our stay. Convenient walk to downtown Gatlinburg (though do need to walk up stairs or hill to get back) and easy drive into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Was nice to be close to main street of Gatlinburg but not in the middle of it all. ”
