“I have stayed here a number of times with my daughter and it is perfect for us. Short walk to downtown Gatlinburg (although there are a lot of steps on the way back!) and far enough for a wonderful view of the Mountain scenery. I recommend it highly. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful … cozy, elegant, and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect with easy parking, onsite laundry, and even a Starbucks, which I loved. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly! We truly enjoyed every part of our visit. The rooftop deck is stunning and such a highlight of the property. We’ll absolutely be booking this hotel every time we come back!”

“The breakfast was ok. Just wished they would have provided different options. Boiled eggs, bacon, biscuits, English muffins, & doughnuts would be nice. Same things each day eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bannanas, oatmeal, grits, toast, & muffins. Coffee & tea are great here! Bed needed a matress pad, furniture in room was stained. Maybe put a cover over it. Room clean for the most part. Good location. Easy walk into Gatlinburg. Didn"t utilize pool. Staff friendly. Move vending machines away...

“Pool was nice! A bit of a walk but not bad for our family of 4 with teenagers! Super close to the town & Smoky Mountain National Park!! Best part we hiked all day looking for awesome animals & came back to the hotel to see a bear across the River!! It was Awesome!!”

“The hotel was clean with a great location across from the aquarium and Anakeesta. Our room was very spacious with a nice balcony. There was breakfast in the hotel which is great if you are willing to miss out on tasty breakfast options on the strip. Overall pleased and would definitely stay again!”

“Very clean room, soft beds, wonderful pillows, excellent showers. The indoor pools were a little cold, and strong chlorine smell. Staff was wonderful, very pleasant. I would come back again, and do recommend. Walking distance from the main drag is a huge plus! ”

“It is a little dated but the room was clean. The lock on the door was broken but I travel with an extra lock anyway! Breakfast was good. It is a good place to stay for the money. It is very close to downtown Gatlinburg and you could save a ton of money on parking if you were going downtown. ”

“Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable for us. There is parking in the property but fyi, you will be charged $15 per night, not sure that was clear in the desperation of the hotel. We walked to a lot of places in Gatlinburg from the hotel so it is in a convenient location.”
