Hotel vicino a Roaring Fork - Gatlinburg

“I loved, loved, loved my stay here. The room was so spacious with tall ceilings, a nice balcony on the river, and nice rustic real-wood furniture. The room was decorated so cute and the bed was comfortable. There were also outside amenities including grassy areas, shuffleboard, and two pools. One of the pools even has a waterfall and a kids slide. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.”

“I had low expectations due to the price of the room, despite having decent reviews. The check in was super easy and staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious. It was nice to have a balcony and extra room around the kitchenette. The kids loved the pool and the slide! The gas outdoor fire pits were super cool too! Good hot breakfast, with lots of choices! Overall an excellent experience! I wish we would have booked our entire stay here!”

“The location and staff were good but the room smelled of mold. The photos looked good but the bath tub was peeling and had mold under the shower floor mat and in the cocking around the bath room the ceiling and walls were peeling. The shower literally had times where there was no pressure so the water was barely coming out. If ur goal is to be cheap I guess do what you gotta do. The only good thing was that it’s not in a ghetto or bad area. Just really needs to be updated.”

“the indoor pool was very unique with a waterfall. ahallow pool at ground level and a deep pool up to 9 ft at the top. the hotwl is qalking distance from the maim street wher eveyone is walking and shopping. the staff was friendly and helpful. we will definitely be back.”

“It’s a great historic hotel. Brings you back to the days when times were simpler. Bathroom was updated and beds comfortable. Room was clean as well as the common areas. Breakfast was typical hotel continental and decent. Great location since it’s right in the middle of the parkway strip. Request a balcony in front of the hotel for street view if occasional noise from the street doesn’t bother you. Will definitely book here again.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay here. This place was great for the price. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the river. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and worked for our needs. The room appears outdated, however had floors that were not carpeted which we prefer. We did utilize the pool one day and it was clean and comfortable- not crowded. If we return to the area we will stay here again.”

“Staff was very nice the bathrooms in the rooms were horrible. Toilet was wobbly, the plaster next to the shower was cracked and coming down, had black stuff in EVERY corner of the bathroom ( not sure if is was mold or dirt), the tub was stained or dirty ( not sure), and had rust in it. The deck furniture was disgusting, the two chairs were filthy and birdpoo all over the table (this should be checked prior to someone checking in). We had to pay an additional $16 for parking ( what are people...
