“Absolutely beautiful hotel, immaculate rooms with nice style, beautiful resort pool area and an outstanding breakfast! The made to order omelettes were top notch, as well as a huge selection of various other breakfast foods. Really a great spread and something for everyone! The staff was so quick to take away plates and wipe down tables, we didn't have an issue finding seating either day we were there. Complimentary drinks were a nice touch as well! “The AC in room didn’t work. Not even the fan. The front service clerk personal did try to relocate us but the room that was available and had working ac, didn’t had a working lock door. Luckily, wasn’t that hot the night my girlfriend and I stayed. And parking. End up using an app that gave us discount on a near by parking building and paid $17 for the night. Not that bad compared to other parking spots available. And was 3 blocks away. ”
“I liked the indoor pool and hot tub. I love how peaceful and relaxing it is there. This is my all-time favorite hotel to stay at in Gatlinburg that is why any time I get to go to Gatlinburg I always stay at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful.”
“This is an older property that had been previously remodeled. However the room smelled like cigarette smoke and overall didn’t seem the cleanest like the pictures prospective. It’s also not really what I consider a walkable to the downtown area. It’s a very steep hill and it should be added to be very aware of BEARS!! ”

“The hotel is relatively new. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
The staff, especially Janiel and Dave, went above and beyond in making our stay memorable.
Breakfast was standard as with other hotels. It could use some improvement but was sufficient. ”

“Lovely apartment, we stayed in unit 309. Very comfortable, clean, quiet, had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. We had no issues during our stay. Convenient walk to downtown Gatlinburg (though do need to walk up stairs or hill to get back) and easy drive into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Was nice to be close to main street of Gatlinburg but not in the middle of it all. ”
