“Check-in was easy, staff was Very friendly. John was the one who checked us in, other staff we interacted woth was awesome. We had an accedent one of my kids spilt a sweet drink in the vehicle and due to bear being in the area, we wanted to get it cleaned up so one lady gave me some towels and rubbing alcohol to clean it up. “We had the great pleasure of staying at Gatlinburg Town Square for our first trip ever to beautiful Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Our accommodations were excellent and they resembled a condo type setting fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area with a table for 6, a living room with a beautiful gas fireplace, a bedroom with a king sized bed and a jacuzzi for two with jets, a stackable washer/dryer, a balcony with a table and 4 chairs.
