“Everything was awesome. The lady working there was beyond polite and helpful. The city had some construction going on but did not negatively impact our visit at all. They kept us up to date on everything and it’s fully out of their control if it had. We did leave early Incase the winter storm got worse but over all 100% happy with the visit and how easy the walk to everything was. “I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”
