“Nice place was exactly what I pictures showed. Only problems were they didn’t disclose lounge was closed for season until after booked and fire pits were not turned on. Would stay again. Walking distance from the strip(wouldn’t walk down the hill it’s on) but far enough and isolated from the busy area, weird how both things can be true. Feels like a cabin in the woods with hotel amenities. ”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Very nice room with views of the mountains. Friendly staff and amenities. Morning breakfast with coffee anytime you need a break. Granddaughter loved the indoor water park. ”

“ Wry little water pressure in the sink, other than that we had no problems, staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking. Which we were surprised since we were there on a weekend. ”

“Very nice home in a great location. It was clean, and quiet. Home sits within 5 mins of the strip. Great communication with the host. We especially enjoyed the extra large hottub, and a balcony on each level. We will definitely be back again.”

“It’s no 5 star hotel but I give it 5 stars because for the price you pay, it’s really great. Staff helpful, clean room, great location, and a really beautiful creek going through it right outside the back porch. I’ll go back when I come to Gatlinburg.”
