“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“I seldom complete reviews but the stark contrast between the attractiveness of this hotel and room (balcony, hot tub, fireplace) and the comfort of the mattress was stark. After hiking over 14 miles in the mountains, the mattress still felt like sleeping on the ground. I expect a better mattress from Hilton.”

“I was very satisfied with everything, room had recently obviously been renewed , all perfect furniture, and carpet, beds, & bath, JUST OUTSTANDING. Break also big & good! Location right on main street, easy walking anywhere.”

“Loved having a balcony room with the creek down below. It was right off the main strip but in walking distance to all the entertainment yet felt quiet and secluded. Would definitely stay again.”

“Elevator is disgusting!! Room was renovated, but appears cheaply covered up. Jacuzzi in room worked well. Parking was no issue this trip as it was mid week. ”

“Loved seeing a bear multiple times! Beautiful balcony view. Did not realize smoking was allowed on balcony and leaving the door open to the room (to listen to river) caused odors to blow in. ”

“Things went very well. The bed slep well. Plenty of linens and kitchens utensils. And the space is the right size for a single person or couple. The place was clean but it is dated and showing wear. There were holes in the walls, one lamp didn't work in the bedroom, the refrigerator kept things cool but not cold.”
