“Great Balcony view. The room was clean, fresh and not cluttered. The decor was quiet, simple and tasteful. It had zen like quality that made it very restful. The only thing I would add is a small microwave as we like to heat our milk for coffee but that’s a small thing. We loved that we were off the beaten path a little. It was a quite a contrast to the noise ”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Lovely stay! Fireplace in room, great shower, comfy beds & beautiful view from balcony- saw black bears along river bank! Only negative- saw assh*les took up 2 parking spaces w/ their trucks. We came back from dinner & were told to park down the street & walk back to the hotel. We paid for parking! Why weren’t the truck owners told to move?”

“The rooms were clean & spacious. The hotel is walking distance from Gatlinburg downtown. Sherry, Constantine & Stephanie at Bistro were kind & helpful. We enjoyed morning breakfast, remember it’s not a buffet so it takes time. ”

“We arrived a bit early and John was able to accommodate early check in for us which was amazing after driving all night to get there. The room was big and clean when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and one of the best I’ve stayed in. The view was breathtaking to say the least. We had a mountain room (1416) and I could have just looked at the view all day. Heads up though, if the sun is shining don’t have anything in the path of the light or it will heat up (who doesn’t love warm cookies 😅)...
