“The resort is very clean, staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Pool is a decent size and clean. The rooms were spacious, we had 2 queens and room for an aerobed, the fridge is a great size, counter space in kitchenette and dressers were more than enough for us. The bathroom was one of the best we've ever had for a hotel - shower had 3 heads, counter had good amount of space, also counter space was great for toiletries. “Friendly staff, extremely clean and comfortable rooms with an amazing creek rapids view from the private balcony. (No bear sightings but the Canadian geese were fun to watch.) Breakfast provided variety of fresh made pancakes, bagels, toast, yogurts, fruits, cereal, and breakfast sandwiches you could heat. The pool was by the street, but since hotel is tucked away it’s still pretty private for a cold refreshing dip on a hot summer day. I highly recommend this lodge and whenever I return to...

“The historic Gatlinburg Inn delivered as a step back into the past of when things were slower and easier, and just a little more family oriented, sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs in the evening with not a car in the world was made very pleasant as well as their amazing breakfast and delicious homemade strawberry cake”
