Hotel a Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge

“Good location nearby Pigeon Forge attractions. Room was spacious and had just enough comfort for a quick weekend visit. Pool was small and front desk staff not very warm or friendly both days we were there.”

“There was mold smell in our room the air was heavy with moisture and the carpets was damp with it. It caused my husband to have issues breathing so we checked out a day early and I have yet to hear about a refund. We talk to other guest in our floor and their rooms was the same!”

“I loved the fact that there was a river right there and we were able to open the back door and sit and just listen to the river flow and see all the wildlife. Mostly birds since there was houses and other hotels close by but overall we will be back again!”

“the indoor pool was very unique with a waterfall. ahallow pool at ground level and a deep pool up to 9 ft at the top. the hotwl is qalking distance from the maim street wher eveyone is walking and shopping. the staff was friendly and helpful. we will definitely be back.”

“4 night stay in a clean room with two queen beds and strong air conditioning. Good breakfast every morning from 7-10am daily. Beds were very old and uncomfortable so woke up every morning with low back pain.”

“Overall my kids always have a very fun time here. It’s very family oriented. The staff are always kind and welcoming. The pools here are always amazing from inside and outside. My only complaint would be I wish they vacuumed a bit better/dusted a bit better. I have allergies and always end up with a stuffy nose or having to take sinus medicine for it. Other then that no complaints whatsoever. Love how kid friendly this place is and my kiddos have demanded this place for now on everytime we go on...

“I loved, loved, loved my stay here. The room was so spacious with tall ceilings, a nice balcony on the river, and nice rustic real-wood furniture. The room was decorated so cute and the bed was comfortable. There were also outside amenities including grassy areas, shuffleboard, and two pools. One of the pools even has a waterfall and a kids slide. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.”

“I had low expectations due to the price of the room, despite having decent reviews. The check in was super easy and staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious. It was nice to have a balcony and extra room around the kitchenette. The kids loved the pool and the slide! The gas outdoor fire pits were super cool too! Good hot breakfast, with lots of choices! Overall an excellent experience! I wish we would have booked our entire stay here!”
