“room dirty and tv did not work, breakfast was not given when I went to the Ramada as the front desk person had directed and no place to leave key so I left in the room . No one up at 6 am and doors locked ”

“Reserved room wasn't on the first floor as requested, all amenities such as pool and hot tub were unavailable, towels in suite were WET, the room wasn't prepared for our reservation and arrival at all. Very Very unimpressed and will not recommend this establishment.”

“This place is horrible, I highly suggest you find another hotel. Our heater was broken, hot tub was broken and disgusting. The sauna had holes in the walls. The room was not serviceed well too. The manager promised to give me a discount but then wasn't available at checkout. Brutal experience. ”

I was hopeful it would be cute but was very surprised by how nice it actually was, there were many features i haven’t had in hotels before, it was both cozy and extremely clean. Will be returning 100% ”
