“In check in the clerk said the room is across the street and didn’t indicate where so had to look for it. The bed was comfortable but had some torn pieces hanging from the side of the mattress. Rug had a bare patch in it and needs replacing. There was a dead bug on the baseboard heating and another one in the corner if the bathroom. No coffee maker or supplies. Two small glasses which I had to wash before I could use as they were not clean. Insufficient lighting in sink area. Thought it...
