“Excellent hotel and very good restaurant. Reception service/lady very strange, ‘’wow you are coming too early (11:00)’’. The lady was aware that our room is not ready even before finding our reservation… 😀 or she is having cristal ball or the instructions are to not allow guest to check in before certain hour. The hotel was empty. I really do not understand that… in every normal nice hotel are more than happy to make you accomodate in the moment that you arrived. She called us 40 minutes later...

“Awesome place, right next to Trigrad river, which provided an outstanding background noise for falling asleep and helped with the quality of the sleep for sure. Break fast was good both mornings but I particularly like the mekitsi on Sunday, they were awesome. The food in the restaurant was very good and decently priced! “This is a gem that you don't want to miss! Such a nice lodge with super friendly hosts. We had a fantastic stay! Our room was really cosy and nice. The bathroom is fresh and clean. The kitchen is also cosy and clean. Everything you need is there. The garden is absolutely fantastic! All in all: don't miss this great place in Rila!”
