“Apparently 3rd party Renters get the bottom of the barrel Room assignments. We were assigned to the room surrounded by an elevator, Laundry Room and Ice Maker. We managed to get reassigned to another room that had it's own issues to deal with. If you want your wishes considered at all in the room assignments you need to call the hotel directly, days in advance and make sure they note your preferences. This may or not work, but it's what they suggested, otherwise you're just out of luck.”

“This is a beautiful historic property that is extremely well maintained and inviting. Our host was very knowledgeable about its history and she was so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious with so many options, prepared and served by our host in a relaxed and friendly manner. We stayed in the Happy Trails Room and the bed was quite comfortable. “No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. ”
