“This was a wonderful place to stay, accommodating families in full suites with kitchens and others in regular rooms, still with kitchens, and a fabulous breakfast to start the day. The owner/manager is lovely and ready to assist in any way necessary. The town of Cuchara is cute and has many hiking trails nearby, and an up and coming ski area. We'll be back!”

“This accommodation is positioned outside of town in a local neighborhood. While the property is not in a remote location, it is relatively enclosed with obscured views of nearby residential streets and houses. The guesthouse features a relatively small number of rooms each with individual external access. The rooms open to a central courtyard with external seating outside of most of them. Guests have access to a small cozy dining area open 24/7 that features coffee/tea, small library of books...

“Great location! We stayed in a newly renovated suite and loved it. Beautiful, cozy furnishings and plenty of space. There were even pots, pans, and a hot plate to cook. Check-in was smooth and staff was super helpful all-around. Highly recommend!”

“The renovated property was nice, we didn't have much chance to take advantage of the amenities. Unfortunately the price I paid on Expedia didn't include an extra fee I was asked to agree to before check-in, so the price wasn't transparent. The only other hiccup was when our room key wouldn't work after the second night, but the front desk was helpful.”

LOVED the natural soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! What I disliked was the very personal and loud conversation of 2 female staff on 7/12/26 at the continental breakfast. It interfered with my morning solitude .”
