The lighting was bright yet soft, enhancing the overall ambiance. However, the state of the floor detracted slightly from the otherwise pleasant experience, highlighting the need for better housekeeping.”

“No hot water for shower. Sink was fine. Couldn't take a shower. Was on 2nd floor someone above had kids and all they did was run around half the night. Hotel location next to closed mall felt very unsafe will not ever stay at this place again.”

“Everything was good except for the TV. Was unable to watch a complete show without it freezing up. Only able to watch 5-10 minutes then frozen for 5-10 minutes throughout the whole show. Terrible TV service !!!!!”

“3 nights and only had housekeeping once. We emptied our own garbage, and went to front desk for clean towels. Have stayed here every year for 8 years. This was the worst. Pool has NEVER been open. Needs to be removed from amenities. Breakfast was awful....bugs in juice receptacle. Will never stay here again !!!”
