“Was a little concern about the hotel location, but I wasn't there for long, so let it slide. The hotel was clean and well-organized. We checked in and went to bed. The people next door started blasting music and engaging in adult activities, which we could hear all. I ended up calling the front desk because, at some point, we needed to sleep. “The staff was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable went above and beyond to get us checked in early.
However there were tiles in our bathroom that were loose and grout was sharp. We did not report it until Saturday afternoon because we did not want to move and i don't believe there were other rooms avaliable
The pool area did not seem to be cleaned for several days. The deck had water standing and dirty. No pool towels and trash sitting.
Loved the area.”
