The large exotic wood terrace is equipped with a summer kitchen with gas plancha, large garden furniture for your aperitifs and a dining table for 12 people, for unforgettable lunches and dinners.
🚶 THE HYPER-CENTER, THE REAL ONE: The supreme luxury in Montpellier is not to touch your car. Everything is done on foot. You are 3 minutes from the tramway, 5 minutes from the St Roch train station (ideal if you come by TGV) and 7 minutes from the Place de la Comédie. Restaurants, shops, museums, markets... all the life of Montpellier is available to you.
❄️ OPTIMAL COMFORT: The entire night floor benefits from a reversible ducted air conditioning, silent and efficient. The first floor, with its stone floors and through architecture, retains a very pleasant natural coolness, even in the middle of summer.
🏡 SPACE & LUXURY: With its 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the house is designed to comfortably accommodate large groups and multiple families without ever feeling cramped. 🚗 PRIVATE GARAGE INCLUDED: An invaluable luxury in the city center. Our closed garage can accommodate a large car (SUV type) and gives you direct and secure access to the interior of the house. No more searching for space!

🐾 IMPORTANT NOTE: Our two adorable cats (very independent) and our turtles will be your discreet companions. They live their lives and do not require any care, but their presence means that we unfortunately cannot accept other animals.

► ON THE GROUND FLOOR: THE LIVING SPACE (more than 100m²)
Bathed in light thanks to huge bay windows, this open space has been designed for conviviality. It includes:
A comfortable living room with large sofas.
A dining room with a monastery table for 12 people.
A modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen: large fridge/freezer, induction hob, two ovens (traditional and microwave), dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the crockery and utensils needed to cook for a large group.
The sixth extra bedroom (160x200 bed), ideal for teenagers or as an office. Although it is not air-conditioned, it remains cool and has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
► UPSTAIRS: The sleeping area (fully air-conditioned)
A corridor leads to the other 5 bedrooms, offering privacy and comfort to everyone.
THE MASTER SUITE (40m²): A real private retreat with a King Size bed (180x200), a large dressing room, a private terrace for your morning coffee, and a spa bathroom with a large walk-in shower AND a whirlpool bath/jacuzzi.
BEDROOMS 2, 3 & 4: Spacious and bright, each with a queen size bed (160x200) and large closets.
BEDROOM 5: A children's paradise, with two bunk beds (sleeps 4 singles), perfect for cousins and friends.
ADDITIONAL BATHROOMS: Three more full bathrooms upstairs so there's never a traffic jam in the morning.
LAUNDRY ROOM: A functional space with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
