We do all the cleaning. No cleaning expected from guests.

The primary bedroom occupies its own floor with en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, black-out curtains, and a heavenly queen bed. A second queen bed can be converted in the den upon request.

A dedicated office with motorized standing/sitting desk, extended monitor, keyboard, mouse, and dual commercial high-speed wired and wireless (WiFi) internet for heavy work and video conferencing. Downtown offices are five-minutes away, and highways to industrial parks are around the corner.
