Case in affitto a Montrose

“Great option in Montrose. We used it for a golf trip. excellent!”

“We had an amazing experience staying in this property. The kids like the outdoor playground. The location is great and the check out process is exceptional. Would definitely recommend others to stay here.”

“The inside is done up nicely. The outside has a lot to be desired. The back patio needs replaced & there were weeds everywhere in the back yard.”

“A very clean, very comfortable home.”

“Overall, this was a nice property. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt like there should be a large area rug in the living room so you could sit on it, do yoga stretches, etc. The floors are tile and it would be nice to have some floor space, even for kids to lay on and watch TV. The rug in the living room was very small, not very cushy, and only big enough for the coffee table to sit on. Kitchen was stocked well and we appreciated having some ziploc baggies available.”

“My husband, teenage son and dogs stayed here for 4 nights and had a lovely time. The home is modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and accommodating. They even left small vials of lavender oil for us to take home and dog bones for our pups! Highly recommend this home as a basecamp for your adventures in the area. It's 35 minutes to Black Canyon of the Gunnison and 5 minutes to downtown Montrose.”

“It was like walking into a fully furnished and decorated new home, the neighborhood was nice. I would recommend this to anyone, and I would definitely stay there again.”

“The house was amazing! Loved how close we were to shops and restaurants. We got a spectacular view of multiple rainbows when we arrived. Major plus being able to park in the garage!”

“A little outdated but fairly comfortable. VHS in living room tv did not work (tracking was off?) and tv did not have a remote. Bathroom door was on backwards. Kitchen had a lot of amenities and host left a signature spice/seasoning…thank you! ”

“This was a very nice place - clean, nicely decorated, and in a nice neighborhood. The host was good in her communication, and we would stay there again.”

“Our stay was fantastic. Very clean home, breathtaking views, fairly close to lots of hiking and a nearby lake for swimming (be careful of burrs). Host was very accommodating and responsive to our messages; lots of supplies left over from previous users too! The only thing to take note of, NOT to deter anyone though, is that there is not a single TV in the home - our group was hopeful to play some Mario Kart in the evenings but ultimately we found fun otherwise with the card games and other games...
