Castelli a Montrose

“Exquisite hotel.”

“I can't fully express my disappointment with this hotel. The website said newly remodeled rooms and the only thing that we saw newer than 1970 was the flooring. We booked this stay for a black tie event at the (unfortunately, sold out) Thayer Hotel, and were so uncomfortable with the condition of this room and property, that we drove over two hours to go home rather than stay the night in this poor excuse for an inn.”

“After a long day, I returned to my room only to find the door ajar. Concerned about the security of my belongings, I inquired about the possibility of reviewing the surveillance footage to identify who had accessed my room. Unfortunately, I was informed that this could not be accommodated. When I checked out, I was assured that someone would investigate the matter and follow up with me. Regrettably, I have not received any communication since then, which has added to my concerns regarding the...

“This hotel served our purposes very well.”

“Struttura inaccettabile sotto tutti i punti di vista. Camera e spazi comuni fatiscenti e non adeguatamente puliti. Colazione praticamente inesistente…qualche fetta d pane e cereali conservati in contenitori che davano l’idea di vecchio e sporco. In camera non c’è la macchina per il caffè e alla reception non c’è il servizio h24 del caffè. In camera non c’era il phon. Sconsiglio di scegliere questa struttura.”

“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“We had a fantastic experience at the Hampton Inn! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The hotel was clean, modern, and nicely updated, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The pool area was another highlight of our stay. It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and the water was nice and warm, making it a great place to relax. We also really appreciated the wonderful staff managing the breakfast area. They were extremely...

“Buon hotel, comodo per visitare il vicino outlet Woodbury Common”

“This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)”

“We had a one bedroom suite booked. When we got there we were told no one bedroom available. They put us in a room with a king size bed and waived the pet fee. Was not happy, but did spend the night. Room was in the remodeled section. Fan in bathroom didn't work, entry door stuck and had visible gaps in it. Not impressed and won't be back”
