Kayaks and life vests are included, and you're only 25–30 minutes from some of the region’s most scenic public beaches in Niantic, Waterford, and Old Lyme.



The Space:

Casa Verde 2 offers the perfect blend of open gathering areas and quiet personal space across three levels.



Guests enter on the ground floor, where you’ll find a private queen bedroom, a full bathroom, the laundry room, and direct access to the garage. This level is ideal for grandparents, teens, or anyone who enjoys a bit of space to themselves. A washer and dryer are available here for your use, along with basic laundry supplies.



Head up one flight of stairs to the main level, where the home opens up to a spacious, well-stocked kitchen and dining area — perfect for family meals or morning coffee. This level also includes two comfortable bedrooms — one with a queen bed, the other with two twins — all made up with fresh linens for your stay. A full bathroom is also located on this level and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and essential paper products. Step outside from here to a private deck with seating and access to a gas grill — great for evening dinners or late-summer lounging.



The top level features a bright and airy living room filled with natural light and plenty of comfortable seating. The primary suite is also on this floor and includes a king bed, en-suite bath, and a private balcony just right for two — great for morning coffee or a quiet nightcap.



You’ll also find central air throughout the home, along with extra touches that reflect the care we put into preparing for your stay — from the made-up beds to the stocked essentials that help you settle in and feel at home.



Guest Access:

You’ll have the entire home to yourself, including the deck, patio, garage, laundry area, and a short walking path to Oxoboxo Lake. We’ve provided kayaks and life vests so you can get right out on the water and start exploring.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Verde 2 is tucked into a quiet, lakeside neighborhood that feels like a true escape. Yet, you’re still just minutes from shopping, dining, and shoreline attractions. If you’re up for a beach day, Niantic’s Hole-in-the-Wall Beach and Waterford Beach Park are both around 25 minutes away, while Sound View Beach in Old Lyme is about 30 minutes. You’ll also find great seafood, charming boardwalks, local parks, and plenty to explore nearby.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to make the most of the area. You’re just a few minutes from I-395, offering easy access to Mystic, Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods, and other southeastern CT highlights.



Other Things to Note:

The lake is shared with neighbors and located a short walk from the house. Feel free to use the provided kayaks and life vests — perfect for a morning paddle or afternoon float. We also supply beach towels, so you’re all set for both lake days and beach adventures.
