“Purtroppo devo lasciare solo tre stelle perché il posto non vale la pena. La prima camera che ci hanno dato era a dir poco scandalosa. Una puzza tremenda appena entrati e molto sporca quasi da non riuscire a dormire da dopo 9 ore di viaggio (venivamo dallo Yellowstone) non ho avuto tempo di chiedere di cambiare che non c’era più nessuno nella reception. “Hotel being refurbished, so that accounts for some of the problems. However, no daily room service is not good. Overall, not to Wyndhams standards, even allowing for refurbishment.”

“It was a great property and so nice it was close to the Monument where we had a concert.”

“This is a new hotel about 10 minutes from downtown Rapid City. Free parking and highway access are definite pluses. It is spacious and modern. It may lack the charm of the Alex Johnson hotel, but it more than makes up for it with convenience. The pool is very small but it does have a nice hot tub. The free breakfast buffet menu changes daily.”

“Staff not always there, just a note to call them...but I found that they don't always answer. Vent fan in bathroom was full of dirt, shower curtain was dirty, weird fixture by sink w very sharp edges. Loud people and street noise all night. Absolutely didn't feel safe and got 0 sleep.”

Ho dovuto cambiare stanza dopo la prima notte (mancava la tenda oscurante, una lampada del comodino non funzionava e polvere sulla testiera del letto) e anche la seconda non era tranquilla (le reti scricchiolavano con ogni movimento). Non forse per il personale della reception avrei dato una stella.”
