Una puzza tremenda appena entrati e molto sporca quasi da non riuscire a dormire da dopo 9 ore di viaggio (venivamo dallo Yellowstone) non ho avuto tempo di chiedere di cambiare che non c’era più nessuno nella reception. Il giorno dopo ho spiegato il tutto e ci hanno dato una camera nuova più decente ma anche qui una leggera puzza. Peccato perché la posizione è...

“You need new owners in there. It needs a lot of work. The elevators didn’t work. My room wasn’t ready when I got there. They told me to come back in a half an hour, and it still wasn’t ready. Sheets were ripped pillowcases had spots floors were not vacuumed. coffee machine was shut off at 10 AM horrible”

“The location was far from the freeway. But it was close to major roads. The room was very clean and felt new. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and fresh. Overall we liked it and will stay there again. ”

“The pool is a lot smaller in real life and the slide really hurt going down but other than that it’s was a great room. There are a lot of fees though so be prepared.”

“My mom, brother, and I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. It was clean and comfortable and there were enough towels (never happens!). The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience!”
