“Well they're doing some renovation so you have to be prepared for taking the stair here and going around the construction site there ,but with that said the place is just a gem in a perfect location with great people and a fantastic bar and restaurant on the first floor. Old School Travelers happiness in every way.”

“This is a condo apartments not a full service hotel. It is very nice but if your expecting any amenities and servi e there is little of that. Would stay again. ”

“Complicated check in . Over 15 bags of trash on the porch that stayed there my entire stay. FILTHY BEDDING . FILTHY CURTAINS. NEVER AGAIN . And there was a room in the building full of teenage kids “hanging out” ”

“The WiFi would not connect, they advertised streaming services but there was no remote for the TV. We were given two small bath towels for the entire 4 night stay. The bed only had sheets, but no blanket as pictured. The bed had a broken leg. The maid service entered our room, without knocking, 1 full day before our expected check out date. ”

“The experience was not Hilton's best. My family and I were welcomed in a older accommodation. The toilet seat in the 1st bathroom was very shaky and needed to be replaced. The room needed to be renovated. The 2nd bathroom's toilet was clogged and needed a plunger. When we called the front desk, the phone continued to ring out. After trying to get in touch with the hotel, the front desk finally answered and told us that maintenance had left for the day, and we needed to come and get the...

“Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room was exactly as described. We accidentally triggered one of the locks, but the manager was super nice and took care of it promptly. (Thank you!!) I wouldn’t mind staying here again, as it was perfect for our stay in Philadelphia. I would definitely recommend!”

“Posizione periferica, servita dall'autobus n.44 (la fermata è a 50 metri sulla destra come esci dall'albergo ) l'autobus passa ogni mezz'ora e ti porta in qualsiasi punto del centro. Albergo molto carino, arredato con gusto.”

“Tutto come da aspettative tranne che per la evidente inefficienza del servizio di colazione, a mio giudizio dipendente dal numero insufficiente di personale addetto. Cibi qualitativamente buoni ma tempi di attesa molto lunghi per cibi e bevande che, spesso, vengono portati anche non aderenti a quanto ordinato. Credo basti aumentare il personale dedicato ma se non lo si fa la colazione diventa un’avventura.”
