Credo basti aumentare il personale dedicato ma se non lo si fa la colazione diventa un’avventura.”

“We have stayed her many times over the years, This visit was such a disappointment. We arrived to some sort of ruckus where staff was outside to make sure things didn't get out of hand. I had a broken leg and asked someone if they had a luggage cart and they were unhelpful and told us to ask the desk. One of the staff did feel bad about everything that was going on and help us bring all our thing to our room. Once inside we notice the rug was quite stained, no hangers in the closet onlyb one...

“DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. ”

“Good parking on the premises. Breakfast was good although it ends at 9am. Hotel and rooms were edtremely clean and the exercise room is nice as well. The lady who checksd us in was terrific althogh the rest of the feknt desk staff werent too cheerful lol. A few questions we had, and they more or less seemed like answering our questions were a bother. I worked for IHG for years and we always made it a point to staff our frent desk with positive, cheerful, polite individuals. Other than the lady...

“Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

“The area is close to shops & highway. The lady working at front desk 4/18/26 around 5:30 was not friendly at all. My room could have been cleaner I was going to try & switch but was afraid the other room maybe worst. The couch in room 115 was the dirtiest with stains & holes we did not sit or go near it. The bathroom was not bad but I did notice hairs in the tub & sink that was there before we used them. There was a lot of kids playing in the parking lot in front of our room. The halls are...

Lo consiglio per la visita di Filadelfia, l'unico problema deriva dall'attraversamento del ponte a pagamento per raggiungere la città, noi non abbiamo trovato altri percorsi.”
