“Room exceeded my expectations, the only comment I have that when I tried to check in, my key didn't work and it took a while until I found someone/someone picked up the phone. And when came back from the spa, restaurant/bar was already closed (just after 9) which meant I couldn't order any room service. Aside from that - the room was PERFECT.”

Toutefois, une fois sur place, le séjour s'est très bien passé, tout à fait dans mes attentes : endroit très propre, le nécessaire est dans la chambre. Lit confortable pour ma part. Le lieu reste le moins cher sur Burnley. J'y retournerais si je serais amené à le faire.”

“Huge car park. Room was very nice. I needed a walk in shower and one phone call a little while before we were due to go sorted out a room with accessible shower. Set in a pretty village. Breakfast was really good. Evening meal very good too. Extremely pleasant staff. We booked The Waddington arms as we were going to a family wedding being held close by at the Out Barn. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the clitheroe/Waddington area. A good base to explore some lovely...

“Lovely warm welcome, friendly and extremely inviting greeting. The breakfast was wholesome well presented and delicious. Rob was agreat host, nothing was to much trouble. Great nights sleep, the rooms and other amenities where spotlessly clean. Would we stay again, you bet we would. It was a pleasure to have met Rob and to have stayed as his guest, he made us most welcome. ”
