Romantic Getaway at The Lake!

  • About this space
    Beautiful year round getaway! Relax and have a glass of wine by the lake. Wake early to enjoy the sun rising directly over the lake with a fresh cup of coffee. Enjoy direct lake access on a trophy bass lake including a beautiful dock. Hot tub overlooking the water open year round. Enjoy dinner in front of beautiful gas fireplace. Amazing sunrises and colorful sunsets. The location and amenities make for a fantastic romantic getaway for two! Centrally located 30 minutes from the Mohegan Casino.

    The space
    Swim, fish, relax by the fire, or read a book in the hammock, all while taking in the beautiful lake filled with wild life. Ducks, geese, swans, song birds along with beavers and otters are frequently seen. If you’re lucky you’ll spot one of the eagles in the area.
    Open the four large sliders with screens and let the fresh air flow thru the house.

    Guest access
    Full access to the main living level includes great room w gas fireplace, full kitchen, master bathroom and master bedroom.
    While you will have place to yourself there are two bedrooms upstairs (partially renovated) and the basement that will be off limits.

    Other things to note
    Two outdoor cats occasionally visit the property. Small kayaks, life vests, and other water toys will be available for use in the summer months . We have added a small AC unit to the bedroom only for comfortable sleeping during the summer!
