“I felt extremely pleasant when I walked into the lobby. The place looked and smelled nice. The carpet was very nice. No crusty carpet. It was bright and welcoming. One disappointment/inconvenience is that I couldn’t order room service. I had to go downstairs to order dinner and take it up to my room. Please fix.”

“Parfait pour le stationnement Le déjeuner à l'hôtel se limite au café, gaufres, céréales, muffins, barres de céréales et yogourt. L'espace est très restreint avec 5 tables seulement. L'hôtel offre 10% au restaurant situés à côté mais faut compter plus de 20$ par personne pour un déjeuner complet.”

“Lights in the room set on a timer to come on every 2 hours, for the entire night. Nobody at desk after 11pm. When I complained the next day, about the lights coming on at 1am 3am and 5am, the employee said “yeah we have people complain about that all the time”. Do. Not. Stay. Here. ”

“Sam at the front desk was very helpful in getting our reservation corrected from Expedia. The breakfast woman was very accommodating in getting our meal ready for us at closing time. Would definitely go back!”

“The bed board had scratches. Staff is great. Breakfast included is great, waffles, scrambled eggs, poached eggs and all buffet style. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very close to Mohegan Sun, actually had a reservation at Mohegan but cancelled because they have no pool there! Casino is not at the level of the one in CT.”
