“The stay was good up until we went to eat breakfast. One of the staff members serving was so rude ( Caucasian with a nose hook ). First she was on the phone and I didn’t want to bother so I moved the eggs towards the front of the tray as I couldn’t reach it with the serving utensil. She yells at me and says, “you could’ve ask me to move it, don’t touch”. I left it alone and kept moving. “The room was absolutely nothing like the pictures. There was no air conditioning even though the temperature was around 90°F. There was no running water, the shower was dirty, the toilet was broken, and the entire room smelled strongly of mold and mildew. The conditions were unacceptable and the room was horrible. Because of these issues, I had to check out early.”
