“The gentleman at check-in was awesome. It is a casino, so there is a strong Tabasco odor in the lobby. Not a great place for a late meal. Tried twice to get my steak cooked to medium well. Finally gave up. ”

“l'albergo è grande, pulito e con tutte le comodità-il personale disponibile. unica pecca la impossibilità di alzare la temperatura della camera (veramente troppo freddo abbiamo dovuto chiedere anche delle coperte per la notte dopo) ed il parcheggio che non è riservato ai clienti”

“They had my room amenities wrong. I explained to the operator with Hilton and she offered me to change to another one of their hotels at my expense or keep what I had since I booked through a third party. The bed was broken; small black bugs crawling all over the floor and walls in the bathroom; mold and mildew all in bathroom ”

“the staff was so friendly the first room we got bed was unmade and no shower curtain the staff did a good job at getting a new room and it was nice the elevators were not very clean but the lobby and room were clean
