“The lady at the Front Desk named Amy was for sure the best part about the stay here. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful and helped us with anything that we needed. If I were the owner, I would do anything to keep her as an employee. The room itself was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. “The room was very clean. The workers were very pleasant, but they put us in room 129 which is the last room right beside of the back exit and everybody has to go out the back. Exit to smoke because it’s a non-smoking establishment. So all night long whether someone coming or going or smoking or whatever every time that door opened I heard it. I am a very light sleeper and I did not get any sleep. The back of the building smoking area was like a revolving door that never stopped.”

When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed).
