“It’s hard to find such a beautiful place surrounded by water, with easy access to swimming and kayaking. We loved walking right out and having a personal beach with an amazing view all the way to Ithaca. The home is clean, comfortable, and really set up with entertaining in mind. “Loved the location on the water. It was an amazing sight walking out of the bedroom in the morning and seeing the lake right in front of you! Getting down to the house and back up was not as bad as I expected. They made it the best it could be especially at night with the lighted path and stairs. I would stay again for sure although a more comfortable bed would really be appreciated.”

“My family of 5 stayed here for Syracuse graduation and everything was perfect! House was spotless, kitchen was equipped, plenty of towels and comfy beds. Neighborhood was very quiet, too. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.”

“The cottage was perfect for our trip to enjoy the finger lakes region because it was centrally located. Roxanne is a terrific host, easily accessible to answer questions about the area. We enjoyed the fire pit and many nights star gazing. We would highly recommend the cottage and hope to travel to New York again and stay at Sweetgrass! Kim and Tom”

“This was a clean property with a perfect location - 30 minutes to Cornell campus, close to wonderful vineyards and breweries. Lots of things to do nearby. We enjoyed using the paddleboards and kayaks. Gorgeous sunset views...wish we had planned to stay longer. Perfect for our 3 generations. Neighbors friendly.”

“WE loved the place & all of us agreed we would stay at the house again if we come back to visit. Clean very accessible. Allowed us to socialize & catch up with our old college friends and it was the prefect setting. Great views out the window of both IC & Cornell. "Comoda la posizione per la visita alle cascate, supermercati in zona..ma il posto è molto vecchio.(non avevo notato le foto delle aree comuni che sono degli anni 80...ecco l'intero albergo è rimasto agli anni 80), le camere avevano letti piccolissimi e scarsa pulizia. La colazione abbastanza scarsa e la signora a cui abbiamo chiesto le cose che mancavano (yoghurt, marmellata..etc) non era per niente disponibile. Non ci tornerei"
