“The room was clean, however the door stuck and was hard to open and shut. When I booked the room it was advertised as breakfast included. After much discussion and showing the staff that the booking showed breakfast included, I was given one voucher for each day. Even though there were two of us, I was told I could only get one complimentary breakfast because I booked a single room. I booked one room with a king bed for my husband and myself. I don't know what would have had to do to book a room...

“Staff and breakfast did not disappoint however many of the outlets in room were not working, particularly the ones on lamps at bedside. Seems like the hotel could use a bit of remodeling/facelift. ”
