“The room was clean, however the door stuck and was hard to open and shut. When I booked the room it was advertised as breakfast included. After much discussion and showing the staff that the booking showed breakfast included, I was given one voucher for each day. Even though there were two of us, I was told I could only get one complimentary breakfast because I booked a single room. I booked one room with a king bed for my husband and myself. I don't know what would have had to do to book a room...

“The room was neglected and the Front desk receptionist wasn't helpful at all about assisting me with the retrieval of my extra tax refund after I refused to stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I prepaid for the room and paid for insurance, i was denied a refund eventhough i never stayed at their establishment.”

“Staff and breakfast did not disappoint however many of the outlets in room were not working, particularly the ones on lamps at bedside. Seems like the hotel could use a bit of remodeling/facelift. ”

“There were 3 weddings in the area and they didn't have rooms ready at the 4 pm check in time for anybody. There was a lot of people and I came in first while everyone cut in front of me. They eventually had to put me in a King "Suite", so I could dress and get ready for the wedding. ”

“Shower didn’t work, fought to get a different room where the hot water didn’t stay working. Free breakfast is a choice of two cereals, granola bars, or apples. They offer a discount at Waffle House but that is just a free drink or free coffee. They didn’t compensate for having no shower the first night or no hot water the second. I will never be back to that location! ”

“So I booked my room three weeks ago paid for it in full the day I booked then I get there yesterday and there’s no rooms available so I had to send my kids to other rooms to stay with friends”

“The room I had wasn’t cleaned thoroughly for an employee to tell me they just renovated when it had hair in the tub,sink,and in the fridge even. Stains on the sheets, the floor was dusty like it hasn’t been swept/mopped .it seems no one is checking behind the lady who cleans. I just won’t be returning here. ”
