- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the end of the driveway facing toward the front of the home, camera 2 is located on the front of the home facing toward the driveway, and camera 3 is located in the backyard facing toward the dock and lake. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion
- This home offers seasonal dock access. The water level at the lake is determined by the TVA and can not be guaranteed except in the months of May, June, and July. Please note that due to seasonal water levels, the boat dock is not suitable for motorized boats until mid-May. Paddleboards and similar equipment can still be used at this time
